How Can severe Foot Cramps Be Treated?

Hell-o, My name is Jeannette. I am having some really bad foot cramps. For the past two weeks, I have not had over two hours of sleep because the foot cramps interrupt my sleep at night. Last weekend, I ended up in t he er, the Er doctor prescribe flexeril, which has little effect. I am have been taking quinine for along period of time, but it no longer help. I don t know what else to do or turn too. I have talked to my pc provider, he suggested trying skelaxin. I have high blood pressure, gerd and high cholesterol. I have had muscle test in the past but my muscle were healthy, no degenerative muscle disease.

You need to take a high dosage of calcium to get rid of these spasms. Make sure you take it between your meals otherwise you may fall in future GERD related trouble.

Yes, muscle relaxant of any kind, the mentioned one can help you but painkillers you need to avoid if there is anyone combination with.

You can also make sure to keep your legs warm as much as possible.
